RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At OnPar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligible Items
- Clothing items (if too small, too big, wrong colour, or you wish to exchange)
- Items must be in perfect condition, exactly as sent
- No rips, tears, stains, or signs of wear
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
Non-Returnable Items
- OnPar Performance Golf Caps (one size fits all - all cap sales are final)
- Items with any damage, rips, tears, or signs of wear
Quality Inspection All returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet our return conditions (perfect condition, no damage) will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Return Options We offer the following options for eligible returns:
- Full refund to original payment method
- Exchange for a different size or colour
- Store credit
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- Provide proof of purchase and purchase order number
- Carefully package your item(s) in original condition with tags attached
- Ship to the address provided by our team
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
