At OnPar, we're committed to getting your premium golf apparel to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time and may be extended during peak periods or promotional events.
UK SHIPPING

Delivery Time: 2-5 working days
Tracking: All UK orders include tracking numbers
Delivery times depend on your location within the UK. Areas closer to major hubs typically receive parcels faster, while more remote locations may take the full 5 working days.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to international destinations worldwide.

- European destinations: As little as a few days
- Other international destinations: Up to several weeks
Tracking: All international orders include tracking numbers
International shipping times vary based on:

- Customs clearance procedures
- Local postal service efficiency

International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are higher than UK domestic shipping.

- OnPar is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
- We ship to physical addresses only
- We do not ship to PO boxes
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
ORDER TRACKING
All orders include tracking numbers, which will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel's progress.
FREE SHIPPING
Standard shipping charges apply to all orders. Free shipping is only available during special promotional periods, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Lost Parcels:
If your tracking information shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or household members
- Check safe places around your property
- Contact us at onpargolfingofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours
We will work with Evri to investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged Parcels:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us at onpargolfingofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not discard the packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Courier service disruptions
- Customs delays (for international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Peak shopping periods
OnPar is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
